Party Terms & Conditions

Please follow these steps to book a party with us:

Download the AVA Fitness App, create an account and add a valid credit card to your profile.
Email us at info@avafitness.ca to let us know the details of your event (date, time, number of guests etc)
We will process the full payment amount of the party payment for you and get you booked in!

All party guests must be 18 years or older unless the event is specifically booked as a teen or youth party.

Please avoid lotion or oils on your skin on the day of your party, as this creates a safety hazard on the poles.
Please leave wrist and hand jewelry at home, we will ask you to remove these items if worn as it can scratch our poles.

AVA Fitness is a safe and inclusive space. All guests are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and one another.

Inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or harassment may result in immediate removal without refund.
You are welcome to bring non-alcoholic refreshments, but no alcohol is permitted on the premises without a Special Occasion Licence.

Your instructor will designate a photo/video time at the end of class.

Please do not record during instruction unless given express permission.
Always obtain consent before sharing images or footage of other attendees online.

Our instructors go above and beyond to make your party fun, safe, and memorable!

Cash tips are always welcomed and appreciated and go directly to your instructor!

Parties start and end at the time scheduled. If your group is late, your session time will be shortened accordingly.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle before your party begins.
There are no extensions or refunds for late arrivals.

Parties may be rescheduled with a minimum of 3 days’ (72 hours) notice, subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
Rescheduled parties must take place within 6 months of the original booking date. After 6 months, the party is forfeited.
Reschedule requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled party time will not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
If you cancel your party and choose not to reschedule, the payment is non-refundable.
Rebooking is allowed once per party; additional changes may be subject to availability and further fees.
